“What we wonder is when tea will be as common as coffee,” said Josh Chamberlain, 40, owner and founder of Eugene-based J-Tea International.
One of the things driving that growth is a public that is becoming more knowledgeable about teas and the growth of companies that provide more and better types of tea, according to owners and managers of local tea businesses.
