The move is contingent upon the company selling its current office in 5555 N.E. Moore Court in Hillsboro. The lease in Big Pink starts March 15, 2015, and runs through March 31, 2025, according to the SEC filings.
Lattice has been looking for a new headquarters since 2013. When the company started its real estate search it had about 200 employees. In the fall of 2012 it cut about 13 percent of its workforce. According to the regulatory filings the downtown office will hold executive and administrative offices.
