However, the filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission indicates that Indice’s board includes former Pixelworks executives Allen Alley and Hans Olsen, each of whom served as that company’s CEO.
Indice’s website indicates that the company was founded in 2008 and has offices in Australia and in Oregon. Company executives have held senior positions at various Silicon Forest companies, including Avnera Corp. and Azuray Technologies.
