This summer, Vigor leaders hired engineer firm ERM to analyze the company’s emissions and look at alternative processes that would reduce both emissions and odors. ERM released a 14-page report on how it will asses emissions.
Neighbors eventually want Vigor leaders to sign a good neighbor agreement. They’ll work out goals for that agreement at tonight’s meeting.
