Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, but Mixpo said it will retain ShopIgniter’s Portland office and most of its employees. The combined company will employ about 100, but ShopIgniter declined to say how many work in Portland.
Founded in 2008 as Cularis Store, ShopIgniter was briefly among the best-pedigreed and best-funded startups in Portland.
