ZoomCare to join Oregon insurance market

ZoomCare Health Insurance Inc. was issued a license to provide insurance within the state.

ZoomCare will operate under a “Certificate of Authority” that acknowledges that ZoomCare “meets all of the statutory and financial requirements under the Oregon Insurance Code and is fully qualified to provide health insurance in Oregon.
