The Hillsboro planning director has approved Reser’s Fine Foods’ development plans for a $18 million, 306,000-square-foot facility.

The approval of the 306,000-square foot facility, which could house north of 350 jobs, is subject to a list of conditions, including a parking analysis, lighting plan and landscaping installation that meet the city’s standards.

Reser’s announced earlier this month that it would move work done at two Beaverton production and distribution facilities to a new plant located north of Northwest Jacobson Road, south of Northwest Pubols Road and west of Northwest Century Boulevard. The company’s corporate headquarters will remain in Beaverton.
