The refunds came after a federal judge on May 19 legalized gay marriages in Oregon. The U.S. Supreme Court on June 4 then refused to hear an appeal of the decision.
Nike, a Washington-County base company, announced the formation of the PAC last November to support the initiative. The company contributed $100,000 and another $180,000 came from Nike executives.
