California-based Majestic Realty Co. may build an industrial business park on the undeveloped 75-acre plot of land purchased from the Nike Foundation.
The land sits immediately north of Intel’ssprawling Washington County campus and its new $3 billion new chip plant.
Majestic plans to develop an industrial business park on the land. It refers to the project as Hillsboro Majestic Business Park in an online marketing brochure. It’s planning 11 buildings and 950,000 square feet of industrial space.
