Gov. John Kitzhaber wants Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum to sue Oracle for failed Cover Oregon website.
“The fact is: Oracle did not deliver for the State of Oregon. The poor quality of work is obvious,” he told the Joint Committee On Legislative Audits, Information Management and Technology on Thursday. “Oracle’s failure is unacceptable.”
However, opponents accused Kitzhaber of political posturing in an election year.
