The order denies Oracle’s effort to shield top executives from the state’s fraud and racketeering claims.

In August, Oracle petitioned the court to overturn a lower court ruling. Oracle accused Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum of overreaching in her lawsuit over the Cover Oregon website debacle, which named Oracle co-CEO Safra Catz and other top executives as well as the company itself. Oracle accused Oregon of making specious claims to turn a contract dispute into “an opportunity to extract over half a billion dollars from five out-of-state-employees personally.”
