The Portland Development Commissionboard has agreed to sell the 13,566-square-foot parcel at 333 E. Burnside St., aka the Burnside Bridgehead, to The Fair-Haired Dumbbell LLC, the project arm of Kevin Cavenaugh’s firm, Guerrilla Development Co.

The Dumbbell will be a two-building office complex linked by a pedestrian bridge. It takes its name from its footprint.

Cavenaugh will develop a total of 63,700 square feet of office, retail and common area and about 40 parking spaces.
