Bureau Veritas acquired Quiktrak, a company that specializes in inventory auditing and asset verification matters.
Quiktrak, in announcing its acquisition byBureau Veritas Wednesday morning, said it will now be able to offer its services in 140-plus countries.
CEO and President Greg Froomer will keep his position as will Quiktrak’s executive team. Staffers will also remain at the company’s Beaverton headquarters.
