The community wants to put a temporary ban on medical marijuana dispensaries within city limits.
This move comes right before a legal registry of marijuana dispensaries goes into effect. The zoning regulations require it not be within 1000 feet of a school, 1000 feet of another dispensary and must be located in a commercial, industrial or agricultural area.
