GPS device maker Garmin AT plans to expand its Salem manufacturing facility with the help of state incentives.

Garmin will invest about $14 million to expand the manufacturing facility at its Salem Airport site, 2345 Turner Road SE.

The expansion will create about 70 new jobs with an annual wage of $56,059, 150 percent of the Marion County average annual wage of $37,373.
