“Really what we’re doing is brainstorming,” said Steve Brown, a Salem liquor store owner who represents a group of licensed agents. “This whole group is really about looking outside the box.”
OLCC board chairman Rob Patridge assembled a task force of more than a dozen people with a stake in the way spirits are sold in the state. The goal is to make some recommendations for the Legislature to take up when they convene for a month-long session in February.
