The Springfield center is hiring for its annual wave period, January to March, when bookings for cruises crest for the year.
Royal Caribbean’s goal is to hire full-time, permanent workers, but if applicants want to work only for the wave period, the company would accommodate that, said Barbara Otonicar, a personnel executive at the Springfield facility.
