Twenty Ideas, a digital product agency specializing in custom software solutions for the health, education, and wellness sectors, is thrilled to announce its participation in the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025 as part of the Business Oregon delegation. The company’s inclusion highlights its commitment to advancing technology’s role in creating a healthier, smarter, and more equitable world.

Selected for its impressive record of promoting tech innovation and economic growth throughout the state and beyond, Twenty Ideas was awarded a grant under Oregon’s State Trade Expansion Program (STEP), specifically through the Export Promotion Program, aimed at helping Oregon businesses expand their global reach and impact. With this support, Twenty Ideas seeks to build new partnerships with international innovators while showcasing Oregon’s tech leadership on the world stage.

Innovating Responsibly, Impacting Globally
Founded in Eugene, Oregon, Twenty Ideas has built a reputation for crafting custom software solutions, including mobile apps, platforms, and more, designed to improve users’ lives. While its current clients are US-based, Twenty Ideas works with organizations with multinational operations, such as top commercial vehicle manufacturer Daimler Truck North America and leading cloud services vendor D&H. With its software already touching the lives of users worldwide, attending CES represents the next natural step in the company’s journey to engage with international collaborators and bring its mission to a broader audience.

“We partner with thought-leaders determined to make a positive impact, and our goal is to enable their origin stories,” said Mike Biglan, CEO of Twenty Ideas. “As part of the Business Oregon delegation, we’re excited to connect with innovators worldwide who share our mission to leverage technology in responsible and impactful ways – be it through thoughtfully applied AI, user-centered design, or infrastructure built to scale.”

Joining Forces with Oregon’s Visionaries
Business Oregon is the state’s economic development agency, facilitating partnerships across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. For CES 2025, the organization has assembled a group of prominent and respected tech leaders, including Stephen Thompson (Oregon STEP Director and Global Trade Specialist) and Skip Newberry (President and CEO of the Technology Association of Oregon), tech sector advocates with decades of experience catalyzing fruitful collaborations throughout the Pacific Northwest. It was Newberry who first brought Biglan to the committee’s attention, citing the CEO’s track record of creating transformative digital products adopted by millions of users–including innovative AI-powered medtech applications, a platform built to facilitate the XPRIZE $7m adult literacy prize, and key contributions to the concept and infrastructure for the acclaimed video messaging/streaming app Marco Polo. Together, the delegation embodies Oregon’s commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

“Twenty Ideas exemplifies the ingenuity and responsibility we want to showcase internationally,” said Newberry. “Their dedication to crafting solutions that improve lives aligns perfectly with Oregon’s values and mission for equitable tech innovation.”

Looking Toward the Future
At CES 2025, Twenty Ideas aims to cultivate relationships with global healthtech, edtech, and medtech leaders, identifying opportunities to bring its expertise in product strategy, design, and development to international markets. By exporting its services beyond the US, the company hopes to contribute to advancing health, wellness, and education systems worldwide through thoughtful and impactful software solutions.
