Pesticide applicator fights farm regulators

CAPITAL PRESS: The Oregon Department of Agriculture claims Applebee Aviation ignored an emergency order to stop spraying pesticides last year. The Tualatin-based pesticide applicator faces license revocation and $180,000 in fines.
