Travis Boersma, the company’s president and co-founder, will go undercover as “preppy nerd” Sam Marshall from Texas.
Boersma will work with a plantation worker on a farm in El Salvador, a bean roaster at the company’s headquarters in Grants Pass and a manager and barista to be disclosed during the Friday episode.
