One positive note from the monthly jobs report out Tuesday? Analysts now believe Oregon’s economy actually gained jobs in June despite first saying otherwise. They now say the state added a seasonally adjusted 600 jobs that month.
Joblessness in Oregon is persistently higher than the national average, now 7.4 percent.
