The theme of aggressiveness that shows up throughout the new Hatfield-Dowlin Oregon Complex football performance center is causing controversy.

This is the program that produced the punch seen around the nation four years ago when then-Duck running back LeGarrette Blount struck a Boise State player who was taunting him on the field after the game.

And the football operations center’s unveiling comes at a time of continuing scandal in college football, says Joe Doty, a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel who taught ethics to upcoming military leaders at West Point.
