After 32 years of selling food from a cart in various locations in and around Eugene, Tangtrongjita is working on an ambitious plan for a restaurant and pub on Franklin Boulevard.
Tangtrongjita owns a parcel on Franklin Boulevard north of Alder Street that now is a parking lot, located next to parking lots owned by the city. He wants to transform his land into an indoor/outdoor restaurant featuring a kitchen in a converted trolley car located next to a wooden covered dining area.
