Half of Oregon residents are concerned about their ability to save for retirement, a new survey found.

More than 40 percent of the survey respondents said they live paycheck to paycheck. Setting aside enough savings for retirement was the top financial concern, followed by health care costs and paying monthly bills.

The majority, about 60 percent, said they were confident about the security of their jobs. Slightly more than half also said they were better off financially now than three years ago.
