Vancouver-based developer C.E. John Co. paid $6 million for the site at Northwest 21st and Raleigh, according to property records. It announced plans for a development called Slabtown Marketplace, anchored by New Seasons, in January.
Con-way has been working since 2008 on plans to redevelop its 17.5-acre campus — now dominated by office buildings and surface parking lots — by selling parcels to developers for housing, retail and office projects.
