A West Linn house built with all American materials has pre-sold for $2.1 million.
It’s called the Made in America house. The property is 6100 square feet with five bedrooms, six bathrooms and even an upstairs Irish Pub. From the roof to the foundation, it was 100 percent American made.
“If we would just reallocate 5 percent more made in America products in every new home, we would add more than $14 billion into the economy,” said Gerald Rowlett of Westlake Development Group.
