Arguments over Oregon Health Plan money in Marion County has come to the Legislature in the form of HB 3309.

The so-called “bad actor” bill would take sides in a dispute between members of the CCO in Marion and Polk Counties, called Willamette Valley Community Health. It would let members of the CCO board petition the state to remove a member of its board— in this case, the local hospital provider, Salem Health.
