When construction is completed about 18 months hence, the difference will be dramatic, Lobisser said. Just inside the center, which is near the heart of campus at East 15th Avenue and University Street, will be a soaring, three-story tall “main street” with a lounge, big-screen TVs and a Duck outlet store. When construction is finished, the center will be 300,000 square feet, double what it is today
