Sinclair Broadcast Group is buying Fisher Communications for $361 million.

Fisher, based in Seattle, owns KVAL in Eugene among its 20 TV stations in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California. It also owns three radio stations in the Seattle market. Fisher had announced in January that it was exploring its strategic alternatives.

Sinclair, based in Hunt Valley, Md., says it owns or has deals to acquire interests in 134 television stations in 69 markets.
