Eugene’s downtown residential and commercial complex, Broadway Place, was sold to an Arizona company for $18 million.
Broadway Place is composed of 170 high-end apartments and 14,000 square feet of first-floor retail space, housed in two buildings on both sides of West Broadway between Charnelton and Lincoln streets, at the west end of the downtown.
Two-city owned parking garages with a total of 729 spaces are underneath the complex. They were not part of the transaction and remain in public ownership.
