Eugene-based Bulk Handling Systems acquired Amsterdam-based recycling equipment maker Nihot Recycling Technology.
Bulk Handling Systems designs, engineers, manufactures and installs processing systems for the waste and recycling industry and is among the top three companies in the world in its field.
Nihot, which was founded in 1945 and is based in Amsterdam, is a global leader in air separation technologies, BHS officials said.
