Pacific Power’s Blue Sky grant program helped pay for a solar installation at Medford’s Rogue Valley International Airport.

The SolarWorld-made panels and power inverters from Advanced Energy’s Bend operations were installed by Ashland-based True South Solar.

“The Rogue Valley International Airport’s new solar canopies represent a significant first step toward a more sustainable on-site energy sources for our growing regional airport,” shares Eric Hansen, general manager of True South Solar, in a press release.
