Home sales slowed in November, but were still higher than a year ago.
According to numbers released over the weekend by the Regional Multiple Listing Service, home sales jumped 13.9 percent in November compared with a year earlier, reaching 1,733 homes sold during the month.
That’s a 17.6 percent decline from October. But despite typical seasonal declines, it’s still a seller’s market in Portland.
