Patagonia is launching a campaign to recycle used clothing at its Portland store.

The campaign aims to work with customers in an ongoing effort to get them to consider the full lifecycle of products.

“The Common Threads Initiative is a partnership between Patagonia and our customers to reduce consumption and give the planet’s vital resources a rest,” said Rick Ridgeway, vice president of environmental initiatives for Patagonia, in a press release. “The initiative is organized around the four R’s of Reduce, Repair, Reuse, and Recycle.”
