Southern Oregon University is in negotiations with A’viands Food and Services Management to replace Sodexo. 

Sodexo, A’viands, Chartwells Catering Services and Aramark Food Services submitted proposals for the contract, each estimating it could generate between $300,000 and $500,000 in profits for SOU annually, [Housing Director Tim] Robitz said.

Students should expect new, “more flexible” meal plans, he said, adding A’viands would encompass local food providers and farms in its offerings.
