A Eugene startup is looking to take advantage of the growing mobile-content market.
Eugene-based Moonshadow Mobile is hoping to get in on a market that is estimated to reach $5 billion annually.
Moonshadow Mobile develops mobile Web sites — redesigning conventional Web sites so they work on the small screens of “smart phones” such as the iPhone and Palm Pre — as well as applications for the iPhone.
“Eventually, every company and organization that has a Web site will need a mobile site,” he said. “People want information, and they want it on the go, so organizations have to respond to them.”
