Respondents’ opinion of the Legislature’s performance is not much better. The chart ranking the performance of the current and previous governors shows John Kitzhaber with similar rankings to Ted Kulongoski in the middle of his first term. The survey was conducted in late July by research partners CFM Strategic Communications.
