After leaving his post as executive director of the Portland Development Commission (now Prosper Portland), Patrick Quinton is taking a private sector approach to Portland’s housing crisis. His startup, Dweller, makes it easier for homeowners to install Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in their backyards.
