Hours: Mon. – Sat., 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.; Sun., 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Owners: Dylan Hutter, Chris Rhyne
Atmosphere: Eclectic farm-to-table. Interior is decked out with wood, historical ads printed on metal and photos of customers’ dogs.
Clientele: Locals — families and businesspeople alike. A large crowd from nearby Sandy and Welches. Downtown office workers come for lunch and back again for dinner with the family. A few tourists.
Best seat in the house: If you can snag it, one of the three picnic benches placed strategically along Main Street. If you’re wanting to pair a burger with one of the microbrews from Hoppy Brewer next door, try the patio space in-between the two buildings.
Bragging rights: Locally sourced ingredients. “We happen to sell burgers everyone loves,” says manager Lisa Bomiksen.
