As senior citizens themselves, Tom and Betty Ruckman decided to raise miniature cows in Central Oregon to provide smaller cuts of meat to other senior citizens.

They are now seeing a great interest in their bulls from Professional Bull Riders, Inc.

Mini bulls are ridden by miniature cowboys–tiny buckaroos with giant courage, better known as little boys. Pee Wee Rodeo is crawling with little tikes who are ready to move on from mutton-busting to something more challenging, more rewarding, and yes, more dangerous.

Because of the demand from the PBR, the Ruckmans are having a hard time deciding whether to raise them for beef or for bucking.
