The apartments would line 7.4 acres of undeveloped land along Crescent. The apartment buildings would be three and four stories high, with partially buried parking structures, according to the planning documents. Wood also wants to build a clubhouse and recreation center with a swimming pool on the property.

The documents don’t mention a construction timeline. They’re part of what’s called a project consultation request, scheduling a meeting with city planners to discuss possible issues. That meeting is set for Thursday.
