DWFritz Automation Inc. is planning to expand with 43 new positions in Wilsonville.

The decision to hire coincides with the company’s move into a larger facility.

The company expects to continue to grow 20 percent to 30 percent for at least the next two to three years. The firm credits increased activity in the consumer electronics, medical device and electric vehicle manufacturing sectors.

The company’s open positions span all facets of the business including engineering, manufacturing, project management and finance.

“Two years ago, we moved into our new state-of-the-art, global headquarters in Wilsonville and recruited talented candidates to satisfy strong global demand for our engineered-to-order automation systems,” Mike Fritz, president and CEO of DWFritz, said in a news release. “We continue to see exponential growth in this sector because production facilities around the world are becoming increasingly automated. We are actively seeking additional skilled team members to join our growing team.”
