The Washington state Department of Health identified the tainted item as “Chicken Salad made with Rotisserie Chicken.” Anyone who purchased the salad, labeled   item No. 37719, should pitch it. There have also been at least four people sickened in Colorado and other cases in Montana and Utah.

The item has been cleared from Costco’s shelves, according to the release.
