One of Oregon’s two remaining Fortune 500 companies expands with the acquisition of a dealership in both California and Montana.

The dealerships in Concord Calif., and Great Falls, Mont. are expected to increase revenue by $75 million.

“We are pleased to expand our presence in the Bay Area of California and in the state of Montana,” Bryan DeBoer, president and CEO of Lithia, said in a news release. “Both locations are markets that have complementary Lithia operations and allow us to leverage scale in the community. We look forward to expanding our customer relationships as we increase our presence in the local communities we serve.”

Lithia has 133 outposts across 14 states.
