InFocus Corp. purchased Jupiter Systems to complement its technology offerings.

Jupiter’s employees and assets will be rebranded as InFocus.

“With one provider offering simple, enterprise-ready solutions that work together seamlessly, we can serve the full set of our customers’ requirements with powerful, integrated solutions. The convergence is inevitable and we intend to lead it,” said InFocus’ CEO Mark Housley in a news release.

Housley became InFocus’ CEO last month. InFocus employs 130 workers. It’s the area’s 11th-largest hardware technology company and the 14th-largest software technology company.

“It makes a lot of sense to combine our talents and expand our products because it provides a comprehensive set of powerful ways for people to connect and share with other people – whether that’s one other person or thousands of others,” Housley said in the release.
