PORTLAND TRIBUNE: Judge dismisses suit claiming Oregon’s Clean Fuels Standard was unconstitutional.

Oil companies had argued that the clean fuels program violated the U.S. Constitution by discriminating against fuels produced out of state.

“On its face,” the judge ruled, “the Oregon Program rewards all investment in innovative fuel production, irrespective of where that innovation occurs.”
