Sussman Shank LLP is pleased to welcome our newest attorney, Kristen Hilton, as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Kristen’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters in state and federal court. She has handled a broad range of matters including contract disputes, business torts, false advertising and unfair competition cases, partnership disputes, and lawyer liability matters. Kristen has represented companies in real estate, entertainment, retail, dairy, and health care in all stages of litigation from pleading to appellate matters.
Prior to joining Sussman Shank, Kristen was an associate with Bingham McCutchen and Morgan Lewis in Santa Monica, California.
Kristen earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, cum laude. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the State Bar of California.
