OREGONLIVE.COM: Passengers en route to Germany were forced to camp at Portland International Airport for a full day.

“The safety of our guests and crew has first priority for Condor,” the statement read. “The aircraft was checked in Portland, the technical defect could be fixed by experts.”

The flight was rescheduled to depart 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, but Kama Simonds of the Port of Portland, which operates PDX, told The Oregonian/OregonLive that the flight didn’t take off until after 3:30 p.m.
