My father. He was an entrepreneur from an early age. He always had a plan and made sure he implemented it. He knew how to take a calculated risk and always followed up on his commitments.

Fitbit. Our firm is ranked the No. 6 healthiest employer in Oregon. We have a firm-wide wellness program and have formed teams to walk virtually from our northernmost office in Anchorage, to San Diego, our southernmost office. The Fitbit app is a great way to keep us motivated and track our results.
Advice for young people
Be self-motivated and develop your people skills. Put yourself in the client’s shoes and think about building relationships with them. Don’t be afraid to question processes or bring new ideas.
