Readers’ views on health care reform have remained consistent over the past three years. A majority still opposes the Affordable Care Act, opining that the quality of health care will decline while costs will increase. A majority of respondents also has no plans to purchase health insurance for employees under Cover Oregon, the health insurance exchange that will go into effect January 1, 2014. Research partner CFM Strategic Communications conducted the survey of 466 readers in May.
